It comprises several estates in Burgundy, one in Beaujolais, and one in Oregon in the United States. The vines are cultivated with respect for the environment; some estates are even \u003cstrong\u003efarmed biodynamically\u003c\/strong\u003e .\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eAs is often the case in Burgundy, this is a single-varietal wine, made from \u003cstrong\u003ePinot Noir\u003c\/strong\u003e . The wine is aged in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months. It subsequently reveals aromas of small black fruits, spices, and leather, with a beautiful deep red color.
