The estate is also in \u003cstrong\u003econversion to biodynamic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e , with \u003cstrong\u003eBiodyvin\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eEcocert\u003c\/strong\u003e certifications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Clos Canarelli red is made from \u003cstrong\u003eNiellucciu\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eSyrah\u003c\/strong\u003e grapes. It's a \u003cstrong\u003estructured and very fruity wine\u003c\/strong\u003e , best enjoyed within five years. Bianco Gentile is a beautifully delicate dry white wine made from the grape variety of the same name.
