In the Middle Ages, the property was the wine-growing estate of the Château de Bridoire. Today, as a fully independent estate, Francis and Luc de Conti cultivate the vines \u003cstrong\u003eorganically\u003c\/strong\u003e . They produce several wines: La Gloire de Mon Père in Côtes de Bergerac, Moulin des Dames white and red in Bergerac, Château Tour des Gendres red, Cuvée des Conti white, as well as several single-vineyard white and red wines and a range of wines made without added sulfites. Vinification takes place in large oak casks and amphorae.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLa Gloire de Mon Père\u003c\/strong\u003e is a red wine from the Côtes de Bergerac AOC. It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grapes, grown on south-facing clay-limestone soils. The wine has a beautiful red color with violet highlights. The nose evokes small black fruits, the richness of chocolate and licorice, as well as notes of toast.
