    The land of Burgundy

    the origin of wine

Today, theBurgundy vineyardsofTrapet EstateThe estate covers 15 hectares, including 13.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and 1.5 hectares of Chardonnay. It perpetuates ancestral know-how, crafting wines with passion that reflect the richness and complexity of their terroir. From the first buds to the harvest, this winemaker treats his grapes with gentleness and respect. The bunches are meticulously sorted and delicately crushed, then the wine is transferred to the vats by gravity, thus preserving all their quality.

The Trapet Father & Son team

    exceptional men and women

Maintaining the tradition from father to son for 5 generations, and managed since 1995 byJean-Louis TrapetThe estate is a benchmark in Burgundy. Jean-Louis later married the Alsatian winemaker Andrée Grayer.Trapet Father and Son EstateThe business expanded in 2002 when Andrée decided to continue her parents' work. She inherited a 2-hectare vineyard in Riquewihr, Alsace, which she has been passionately developing and tending ever since. The couple decided to work hand in hand to care for their vines, sometimes driving for hours to irrigate them with a natural preparation at a time they deemed ideal.
