    Owner and history

The vineyard covers 49 hectares in a single block within the Margaux appellation, 350 meters from the Gironde estuary. It is perfectly integrated into the heart of a 120-hectare estate. The planting density is 10,000 vines per hectare, and the grape varieties are 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. The soil consists of deep gravelly slopes in a unique geological formation: layers of gravel of varying thickness, remnants of ancient alluvial terraces, rest on a gravelly and clayey subsoil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Consulting oenologist: Eric Boissennot
    - Aged in 60% new barrels, 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels.
