    Owner and history

    Area: 20 ha 69. Gravelly soil with clayey-sandy subsoil.

    Vinification and aging

    Traditional winemaking. Hand-harvested with sorting on a table in the vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 to 22 months in 80% new oak barrels. Fined with egg whites.
