    Owner and history

    The vineyard comprises 1.8 hectares in a single block. This cuvée is made from 100% Merlot vines planted before 1956, with some vines missing and others replanted. The vineyard extends across four parcels located on the highest point of the plateau, on clay-gravel soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations directly in new French oak barrels
    - The rearing process lasts 12 to 18 months
