The quintessence of Saint-Julien, in classic proportions.

96/100 pts VINOUSSumptuous aromas of blueberry and bilberry, and a layer of oak that will soon be absorbed. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent, ripe tannins. Cedar and hints of yeast infuse the layered red fruit, leading to a spicy and lingering finish. Class is definitely present .

Terroir : Garonne gravel overlooking almost the Gironde estuary. The subsoil is clay-limestone, giving the red wines a beautiful mineral character on tasting and more freshness.

Viticulture : No weed killers or herbicides are used during the production of the new vintage.

Winemaking : Aged in oak barrels for approximately 16 months. 60% new oak
