The Delon family owns the Château Léoville Las Cases since the late 19th century. Today, Jean-Hubert Delon represents the fourth generation at the helm of this prestigious estate. He passionately perpetuates the family legacy, ensuring the preservation of the wines' identity and quality. His commitment to excellence and respect for the terroir make the Château Léoville Las Cases one of the jewels of the appellation Saint-Julien.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Léoville Las Cases The wine is made with the utmost care, respecting tradition. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for rigorous selection. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract aromas and tannins.
