    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Moulin Riche is a meticulous process, blending tradition and modern technology. The grapes are harvested by hand and then carefully sorted to retain only the finest. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and aromas of the fruit. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months.
