    Owner and history

    Area: 17 hectares, average vine age is 50 years. Günzian Garonne gravel soils, with a subsoil of clayey-sandy gravel.

    Vinification and aging

    After hand-harvesting, the grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using traditional methods to produce exceptional, long-aging wines. The wine is then aged in barrels.
    for 14 to 16 months, renewed by half every year.
