    Vinification and aging

    The vinification of Fleur de Clinet 2019 is carried out with care and precision. After a manual harvest, the grapes are rigorously sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for optimal temperature control. Maceration is lengthy to extract the full aromatic richness. Aging, which lasts approximately 12 months, occurs in oak barrels, a third of which are new, imparting subtle notes of vanilla and spice while preserving the fruit's expression. This attention to detail at each stage ensures a balanced and elegant wine, true to the spirit of Château Clinet.
