            13 GENERATIONS OF PASSIONATE ALSACIANS

            It is at the heart ofAlsace, hasHunawihrthat is being installedin 1626 the Trimbach familyPassionate about vines and winemaking, she quickly established herself among the best winemakers in her region. From 1848 onwards, their reputation extended beyond French borders and conquered the international scene. It is thanks in particular to their famous Sainte-Hune cuvée that their renown became firmly established in the global wine landscape.

            ThereTrimbach familyis considered theambassador for the whole of Alsaceamong wine lovers and restaurateurs. Today, it's the two brothersPierre and Jean Trimbachwho run the estate with the help of their children. Pierre handles the technical side with his son,JulianJean, for his part, handles the marketing of the wines alongside his uncle.Hubert.
            AnneJean's daughter is in charge of international trade, and her sister, Pauline, handles the French market. Pierre's daughter has also joined the family business; she manages purchasing and communications. The familyTrimbachtravels the globe to integrate their Alsatian wine into the wine lists of the world's finest restaurants.

            It's north of Colmar, atRibeauvilléin Alsace, which extend the50 hectares of vineyards belonging to the Trimbach estateBenefiting from plenty of sunshine,The 50 plots of land occupy nine villages.Located on a geological fault, a source of pride for the region, the vineyards benefit from a mosaic of soils. As a result, the grape varieties thrive in varying densities of limestone soil. For white wines, the grape varieties include Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat d'Alsace, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris d'Alsace. For red wines, the sole grape variety is Pinot Noir. Spanning the Vosges Mountains, the vineyard benefits from sustainable viticulture practices and manual harvesting. The Trimbach family is dedicated to showcasing this rich winemaking heritage, ensuring that each vintage reveals the unique characteristics of the Alsatian terroir.
