Almaviva This winery is the result of an alliance between two great wine families: Baron Philippe de Rothschild SA and Concha y Toro. This collaboration has brought together Bordeaux expertise and the richness of the Chilean terroir, giving rise to an exceptional red wine. The current owners are driven by a passion for wine and a desire to produce high-quality red wines that reflect the unique identity of the Maipo Valley terroir.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking processAlmaviva EPU 2019 is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Bordeaux traditions. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with extended maceration to extract maximum color and tannins. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for an undisclosed period.
