Owner and history

The vines for the Rare Collection Blanc de Blancs 2012 are planted on the chalky soils emblematic of the Côte des Blancs, which impart to the wine its unique minerality and perfect balance. The terroir benefits from a cool climate, promoting slow ripening of the grapes and preserving acidity, essential for the aging of great Champagnes.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process is rigorous, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and terroir. Aging on fine lees lasts nearly 10 years, allowing the champagne to develop a full texture and remarkable aromatic complexity, while ensuring a delicate and persistent effervescence.
