    Owner and history

    In total, the vineyard covers 9 hectares in production. The grape varieties are 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine benefits from a superb terroir in the heart of the Pomerol plateau. Indeed, the clay-gravel soils give the wine all its power and intensity.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is done manually at Château Clinet. On average, the vines are 40 years old.
