The vineyard is managed plot by plot with the most natural approach possible. The vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic. The vines are on average 40 to 45 years old. Classified as a Fifth Growth in 1855.

    Vinification and aging

The wine matures for 16 to 20 months in oak barrels, some of which are new (50 to 60% depending on the year).
