      Tasting notes

A very fine wine to pair with foie gras, truffle pasta, or blue cheese. Serve it at around 12°C today or in 20 years.

      Owner and history

The vineyard covers 43 hectares with vines that are approximately 25 years old. They face southeast. The harvest is carried out by hand, in two to three stages at the end of November, after the first frosts.

      Vinification and aging

Hand-harvested. The grapes are picked in small crates to preserve the fruit. Direct pressing is followed by fermentation in new oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
