This vintage pairs perfectly with meats in sauce, small game birds, or spicy dishes. For optimal enjoyment, serve it at around 15°C, preferably after a few years of aging.

Owner and history

The first production of this cuvée dates back to the 2015 vintage. The vines are located in the southern part of the Saint-Joseph appellation, benefiting from a full south-facing exposure on very steep slopes. Averaging 35 years old, they contribute to the creation of this remarkable cuvée.

Vinification and aging

- The grape harvest is done manually due to the steep slopes of the vineyard.
- The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks for precise temperature control.
- The aging process lasts 18 months, with 50% of the wine in barrels that have held one wine and 50% in barrels that have held two wines.
