Owner and history

The Syrah vines grow on a terroir of schist and granite where mechanization is impossible. The vineyard is therefore worked entirely by hand, with the utmost care. The yield is very low, resulting in concentrated and intensely flavored grapes.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes with sorting upon arrival
- Total destemming, fermentation in open vats and daily punch-downs
- Aged in oak barrels for 12 months
