Today, the Domaine Dujac is managed by Jacques Seysses' son, Jeremy Seysses, who carries on the family tradition while bringing his own personal vision. Under his direction, the domaine continues to produce wines that appeal to enthusiasts worldwide, combining respect for the terroir and a quest for innovation.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Dujac is a handcrafted process, blending tradition and innovation. The carefully sorted grapes are destemmed before being fermented in open vats. This method promotes the extraction of aromas while preserving the fruit's finesse. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, to enrich it without masking its character. The aging period, generally 12 to 18 months, allows the tannins to soften and the flavors to harmonize, creating a wine of great elegance.
