    This vintage is ideal with veal stew, a beautiful sole meunière, or any kind of poultry in a cream sauce. Serve at around 12°C.

    Owner and history

    Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes have been cultivated with the utmost care using organic and biodynamic methods since 1996. This cuvée comes from young vines, around fifteen years old. They are located between 230 and 300 meters above sea level and grow in clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Direct pressing with a vertical wooden press and cold settling
    - Aged in barrels for 15 months
