    Tasting notes

    We enjoy this vintage with roast rack of lamb, duck confit, or honey-glazed pork ribs. Best served at around 16°C after decanting for at least an hour!

    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a vineyard historically planted with Grenache, on schist soil. The vineyard is organically farmed. Its exposure to the rising sun results in incredible freshness!

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are harvested by hand with sorting in the vineyard. A second sorting takes place in the winery, with destemming.
    - Vinification by plot.
    - Aged in concrete vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit (conical shape)
    - Minimal intervention in the cellar, gentle extractions so that the terroir expresses itself in the finest way.
