This Ladoix 1er Cru La Corvée 2021 reveals a deep, brilliant ruby color. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, enhanced by delicate spicy and floral notes. On the palate, the attack is ample and silky, with present yet elegant tannins. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a most pleasant mineral and fruity imprint. THE Domaine Parent is now run by Anne Parent and her sister Catherine, who represent the 12th generation of this winemaking family. Their commitment to quality and respect for the environment is at the heart of their philosophy, making the Domaine Parent is an essential reference in Burgundy.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking methods of Domaine Parents are traditional and respectful of the terroir. The harvest is done by hand, in order to select the best grapes. Fermentation takes place in vats, with rigorous temperature control. Aging is carried out in oak barrels for an undisclosed period, allowing the wine to gain complexity and finesse. Domaine Parent favours a low-intervention approach, in order to preserve the authenticity and expression of the terroir.
