The vines, averaging 40 years old, benefit from a climat The continental climate, with hot summers and cold winters, promotes optimal grape ripening. The geographical location, between the Serein river and the hillsides, offers ideal sun exposure while preserving the humidity necessary for the harmonious development of aromas.
The appellation covers 12.62 hectares at the westernmost edge of the Grands Crus terroir, at an altitude ranging from 130 to 170 meters, with a southwest exposure. The wines of this appellation consistently exhibit a very rich and smooth structure on the palate. The soil is quite deep, composed of marl and clay, deeper than in the "Côte Bouguerots". The plot covers 6.23 hectares, representing 49% of the total appellation, of which 4.12 ha are in Bougros.The team's opinion
Chablis Grand Cru "Bougros" 2024 of Domaine William Fèvre represents the most generous and athletic expression of the Grands Crus hill. Located at the northwest end of this hill, the climat de Bougros benefits from a less pronounced slope and deeper soil, which gives rise to a wine of power and roundness.
