With its shallow, white stone soil, similar to that of Grand Cru vineyards, and excellent exposure, this terroir is among the best of the Premier Cru vineyards. Our plots comprise 2.24 hectares facing southeast, south, and west in the lieux-dits Pied d'Aloue, Chapelot, and Côte de Bréchain.

The current owners share a common passion for the terroir and quality, committed to producing wines that reflect the authenticity of Chablis. Their vision is to continue to make this shine. domaine iconic on the international stage, while respecting the winemaking traditions that have made it famous.

Vinification and aging

The principle of gravity is applied to avoid any pumping, which could alter the quality of the wine. Very light static settling is performed to retain sufficient fine lees for alcoholic and malolactic fermentations to occur naturally. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 19 months, including 5 to 6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels (35%). la cuvée. The aging process is completed in small stainless steel tanks.
