This Chablis 1er Cru It presents a pale gold color with silvery highlights. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, mingled with mineral notes typical of the region. On the palate, the attack is crisp and lively, giving way to a beautiful structure and vibrant freshness. The finish is long, with lingering floral aromas and a touch of salinity that recalls its unique terroir.

2024 is a pivotal year for the Domaine William Fèvre, which has now come under the wing of Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), while retaining the technical direction of Didier Séguier, the guarantor of the house's refined and pure style. The current owners share a common passion for the terroir and quality, committed to producing wines that reflect the authenticity of Chablis. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine William Fèvre The wine is made with meticulous attention to detail. After the grapes are hand-harvested, they are gently pressed to preserve their integrity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management. Aging, which lasts several months, occurs in tanks and oak barrels, promoting a beautiful integration of aromas. This painstaking process results in balanced wines, rich in flavor and freshness.
