    Owner and history

    La Boissonneuse is historically the first plot of land cultivated biodynamically by Julien Brocard. This vineyard is meticulously tended by hand, reflecting his commitment to environmentally friendly viticultural practices. Spanning 11 hectares, this plot is primarily planted with Chardonnay, with a subsoil of typical Kimmeridgian limestone, characteristic of the Chablis terroir. The exceptional quality of the grapes from La Boissonneuse contributes to the production of wines of great finesse and an authentic expression of the terroir.
