    Producer

    Owner and history

The vines that produce this cuvée are located on the summit of the Ermitage hillside, benefiting from ideal exposure and iron-rich granite soils. This exceptional terroir allows the old vines, some over 100 years old, to produce grapes of incomparable quality, concentrated in aromas and complexity.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested at full maturity and rigorously sorted grapes
    - Winemaking in open vats with a long fermentation and daily punch-downs to extract the best from the grapes
    - Aged in French oak barrels for 18 to 20 months
