    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Quintus The winemaking process is carried out with rigor and precision. The grapes, carefully selected by hand, are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and the expression of aromas. After controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, to impart complexity and structure. This maturation, which lasts approximately 18 months, allows the wine to develop its full aromatic richness while harmoniously integrating the oak. The final blend is the result of meticulous work, aiming to create a balanced and elegant wine.
