    Owner and history

    The Chardonnay comes from the Grand Cru vineyards of the superb Côte des Blancs. Particular care is taken in the vineyards to obtain the finest grapes possible.

    Vinification and aging

    The finesse of Bruno Paillard champagnes lies in their unique winemaking process: they add less sugar before the second fermentation in the bottle to obtain very fine bubbles. This champagne has a very low dosage to allow the fruit to fully express its character. The disgorgement date is indicated on the back label.
