    Owner and history

    A mosaic terroir composed of clay, sand, and gravel. The property is a single block where the plot has remained unchanged since 1871. Massal selection of Cabernet Franc from very old (1920) and highly resistant vines. Average age of the vineyard: over 40 years.

    Vinification and aging

    The care taken in the winemaking process begins with a meticulous sorting of the grapes upon arrival at the winery, followed by a pre-fermentation maceration of a few days before fermentation begins. The winery dates from 2002. Aging in new barrels for 50% of the volume takes place in a climate-controlled cellar.
