    The vineyard of Château Cheval Blanc is a true gem of Saint-Émilion, spanning 39 hectares of vineyards.     Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Cheval Blanc Winemaking is a meticulous art. After a manual harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted to retain only the very best.
