    Owner and history

    Of the 60 hectares of vineyards on the estate, the aim is agroecological, creating diversity and harmony with nature to better adapt to climate change. This gravelly terroir has therefore been certified organic and biodynamic since 2016.

    Vinification and aging

    - The winemaking process is carried out on a plot-by-plot basis.
    - Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts
    - Gentle and regular pump-overs to gently extract the aromas from the grapes
    - Aged for approximately 18 months in barrels (70 of which are new) and in amphorae (approximately 30%)
