Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Montrose The wine is based on a meticulous approach, combining tradition and innovation. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing rigorous grape selection. After careful destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing precise temperature control to preserve the aromas. Aging, lasting 18 to 24 months, occurs in oak barrels, 50% of which are new, imparting structure and complexity to the wine.
