    Owner and history

    The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically. Surrounded by forests and vegetation, it boasts a rich biodiversity. Its high altitude lends a lovely freshness to the wines.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand
    - Vinification of the grape varieties separately
    - Blending of the cuvée then aging in barrels (12 months with barrels of 1 to 4 years, 10% new)
