    This wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany lamb chops with thyme, a barbecue, or stuffed vegetables with rice. Serve at around 14°C.

    Owner and history

    The Grenache vines are planted on clay-limestone soil between 330 and 400 meters above sea level. The vineyard has been cultivated organically and biodynamically since the 1990s. Eleven grape varieties are grown on healthy soils, without herbicides or chemicals, in order to harvest pure grapes that reveal the full authenticity of the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Gentle extraction in small 500L tanks, 28-day maceration followed by fermentation at 25-27°C
    - Aged for 8 months in old foudres and demi-muids
