Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is a meticulous process, blending tradition with modern techniques. After a manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, adding further complexity while respecting the wine's character. Each step is carried out with particular care, aiming to reveal the best of the terroir and the grape variety.
