    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from the oldest Syrah and Grenache vines on the estate, some forty years old. They are located in the Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation and are planted on clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are harvested when fully ripe
    - Vinification by plot in concrete tanks
    - Aged in oak barrels and demi-muids for approximately 12 months
