    Description

THE Brut Pink Deutz is one of the most popular brands from the Aÿ-based company. renowned for its balance between the deliciousness of small red berries, Mineral freshness and satiny texture.

Unlike many rosé Champagnes dominated by vinosity or excessive tannin extraction, Deutz favours a precise blending method which preserves the fineness of the bubbles and a very pure aromatic profile.

    Notes and pairings

    Notes and pairings

    Tasting notes

The dress, a luminous pale pink, signifies the delicacy of la cuvée. The bouquet opens with a basket of crisp red berries (blackcurrant, strawberry, blueberry) enhanced by yellow apple, rhubarb, and a touch of violet. On the palate, a tangy structure, dominated by redcurrant, unfolds to a hint of black pepper on the finish, a mineral signature of Pinot Noirs from Aÿ. A subtle and luminous rosé.

    Food & wine pairings

Just as much champagne opening wine for the meal, Deutz Brut Rosé pairs wonderfully with salmon with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with cranberries, rack of lamb or fresh cheeses such as Chaource or Brillat-Savarin.

Over time, Deutz has cultivated an increasingly respectful approach to Nature and its gifts: the porous white chalk that imparts its champagnes their distinctive minerality, and the ever-changing seasons of the vineyard, each unique in its own way. Today, this approach is embodied in a vision founded on sustainable viticulture and a deeper commitment than ever to the Champagne terroir, driven by a patient relationship with the natural rhythms of time, the House's primary requirement. A conversion to living, breathing wines, undertaken with conviction.

    Owner and history

Founded in Aÿ in 1838, Maison Deutz is one such winery, bearing witness to a boundless love for its terroir, its expertise, and the transmission of winemaking techniques continually reinvented. A House of Champagne Open to the world, its unique character has been shaped by nearly two centuries of exacting standards and independence. Faithful to its original spirit, it produces precise, balanced, and luminous champagnes, crafted with patience and precision in the cool silence of its "cradles"—three kilometers of chalk cellars that offer each vintage the conditions for exceptional aging. For this is the vocation of Maison Deutz: to cultivate an art of living where every champagne accurately reveals the quintessence of the great Champagne terroirs...

    Vinification and aging

Developed in continuity with the Brut Classic, the Brut Rosé embodies the other flagship expression of Maison Deutz. This 100% Grands and Premiers Crus cuvée blends the finesse of Pinot Noirs from Aÿ with the brilliance of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. A champagne rosé Fresh, elegant and bright, blending small red fruits and a subtly structured mineral base.
