    We enjoy this wine with a sauté of Iberian pork shoulder with chorizo, rabbit with olives, or stuffed vegetables. Serve at around 15°C.

    Owner and history

    The vineyard is organic. The Cabernet Franc is planted at altitude (200 meters, on cool soil). The Cabernet Franc (normally from the Loire Valley vineyards) is incredibly expressive in this cuvée!

    Vinification and aging

    Aged in oak barrels (20%), wooden vats (20%) and barrels that have held one or two vintages (60%)
