    This vintage pairs perfectly with pan-seared foie gras, lobster, or oily fish such as salmon. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 12 to 14°C.

    Owner and history

    The vineyard is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet. It is one of the five villages that make up the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Bâtard-Montrachet lies between Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, bordered by Criots Bâtard-Montrachet, Le Montrachet, and Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. The soil composition is primarily calcareous marl and clay.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested in small crates
    - The grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in barrels from our cooperage (30% new)
    - The wine is aged for approximately 15 months on fine lees before being prepared for bottling
