    Owner and history

    The vineyard from which this cuvée originates is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet. It is one of the five villages that make up the prestigious "Côte des Blancs." The soil is composed primarily of calcareous marl and clay.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - The grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in barrels (1/3 new)
    - The aging process lasts approximately 15 months on fine lees.
