Very light static settling retains sufficient fine lees for alcoholic and malolactic fermentations to occur naturally. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 18 months, including 5 to 6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels (25%). la cuvée. The aging process is completed in small stainless steel tanks.

The team's opinion

A complex and elegant bouquet. It reveals classic notes of candied citrus and white peach, complemented by hints of quinine and iodine. The terroir is expressed through a very refined smoky reduction and a chalky minerality. While it can be enjoyed as early as 2026 for its vibrant fruitiness, it will reach its peak between 2027 and 2033.
