    The vines are planted on terraces, on clay-limestone soils. The cool nights allow the wine to retain a lovely freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    Destemming of the grapes. Vinification by grape variety.
    Aged for 12 months in demi-muids and then 3 months in blending tanks
