Vinification and aging

The 2018 Prunotto Barolo is crafted with meticulous care. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with extended maceration to extract aromas and tannins. The wine is then aged in oak barrels of varying sizes for an extended period, allowing it to refine and develop its complexity. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered to preserve its aromatic richness.
