    The vineyard covers 26 hectares on clay-limestone soils at the top and clay-sandy-limestone soils on the hillside.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes from October 3rd to 21st, 2008
    - Maceration for 15 to 30 days
    - Aged in new barrels for 18 to 22 months
