    The vineyard covers an area of 26 hectares on clay-limestone soils at the top and clay-sand-limestone soils on the hillside.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested. Maceration lasts 15 to 30 days. Aged in 100% new oak barrels for 18 to 22 months.
