    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Giscours is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before being vinified in temperature-controlled tanks. Aging takes place in oak barrels, mostly new, for 12 to 18 months, imparting complexity and structure to the wine.
