    Owner and history

Château Giscours is located in the Margaux appellation, and the estate covers 300 hectares, 170 of which are dedicated to viticulture. The vines, composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (32%), Cabernet Franc (5%), and Petit Verdot (3%), benefit from three different soil types. Situated on the slopes of the château, the vineyard exhibits varying concentrations of gravel, whether at 20 or 17 meters of elevation. Cultivated in individual plots, the grapes are harvested by hand using traditional methods and vinified according to modern techniques.
